June 2020 – Covid-19 Update

 

What you should know about Sam Lima Denture Clinic!

 

Mr. Lima and his team are exercising on-site physical distancing, and are not available for walk-in visits.  With government regulations for health and safety protocols, we are prioritizing one patient in the clinic at a time so that we may enforce strict cleaning measures before, after, and between patient visits, so please call to schedule an appointment. 

 

Please note, although our doors are locked, if you do show up unexpectedly and want to speak with someone, please knock on the door as we are usually in the office and if not, you have the option of calling us.

 

When you are reminded of your appointment or enter our clinic for your scheduled visit, you will be met with a series of screening questions, to determine if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have come in contact with anyone who has been confirmed or identified as potentially infected. We will help you navigate the next steps and reschedule your visit if necessary, to ensure it is a safe one.

 

Our staff will be sure to stay at home if they are ill and have committed to practicing gold standard hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette, in addition to executing our standard precautionary procedures.

 

 Please be advised, that our staff will be wearing protective equipment, such as gloves, masks, and eye protection for your appointment. This is to protect our staff and you.

 You can do your part by wearing a mask, or cloth covering at your appointment. If you do not have a mask or covering, do not worry, our clinic will provide you with everything you need to keep you safe. These items will be located at the front entrance.
